Pool Rules

POOL SEASON: May 16, 2026 – September 9, 2026

POOL ACCESS: Homeowners in good standing (dues paid or on a payment plan) will have access to the pool through Air Allow Enclave App or future system.

POOL HOURS: Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm

NO LIFEGUARDS: The pool will be monitored by gate attendants, but will be “SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.” Gate attendants will still ENFORCE the pool rules!

POOL RULES:

  1. No glass containers allowed. We ask that container koozies be used. Adult beverages shall not be left unattended
  2. 5 guests per family are allowed in the pool. Residents assume all responsibility for their guests
  3. Close the doors and gates fully after you arrive or depart. DO NOT hold doors – the next party will have access if they’ve met the above requirements.
  4. Any items left at the pool will be placed in the LOST & FOUND at the lifeguard station and discarded each Monday at pool closing.
  5. Cabanas can be used on a “first come, first served” basis, but are open for rentals. You can reserve a cabana here.
  6. No running, rough playing or diving anywhere around the pool. You will be responsible for any injuries incurred to yourself or other guests.
  7. ATTIRE ALLOWED: Apparel specifically designed for swimming / water shall be used. NO cut-off jeans or non-swimming apparel is accepted. The only exception is cover-ups for modesty.
  8. Swim diapers or snug fitting plastic pants must be worn by non-potty-trained children.
  9. AGE: Children 12 and under must be always accompanied by a legal adult. This includes swimmers, non-swimmers and infants.
  10. Single seat floats are permitted. Oversized floats are prohibited.
  11. Members not in good standing, that access amenities, will be deemed as trespassing. 
  12. Pool toys only. No hard balls including baseballs, softballs, footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, etc. are permitted in the pool area.

Pool Penalties

Tier 1 – one week suspension of all privileges

  • Disregarding gate attendants and/or HOA Board member instructions 1st offense
  • Bringing glass container(s) inside the pool enclosure
  • No swim diapers or snug fitting plastic pants for non-potty-trained children
  • Non-swimming apparel such as cut-off jeans
  • Unaccompanied children under 12 years old
  • Littering anywhere at the facility

Tier 2 – one month suspension of all privileges

  • Second occurrence of any Tier 1 offense
  • Unauthorized access to Pump Room, Lifeguard Room, Chemical Room or meeting room
  • Fighting, Provoking behaviors, public drunkenness

Tier 3 – Suspension of all privileges for the remainder of the calendar year

  • Second occurrence of any Tier 2 offense
  • Willful or negligent behavior causing damage to any HOA property
  • Unauthorized pool access outside of normal pool operating schedule
  • Threatening or hitting any pool staff, HOA Board Member, or any guest at the pool

Tier 4 – Monetary Damages

Any violations that create an expense to the HOA may be charged to the homeowner.
