Cabanas at the Planter’s Row pool are available for rent by all community residents who are in good standing or local non-profit groups for private functions within established guidelines. Residents may reserve one of two cabanas as long as there are no outstanding dues, fines, or liens. If dues are outstanding and a signed payment plan is in place, then reservation will be permitted. The management company or the board will verify the applicant’s status. Established rules and guidelines are to ensure fair and equitable access while preserving the facility to the standards of the association.

Reserving a cabana requires a nonrefundable $10 reservation fee per cabana (maximum of two cabanas per reservation). Payment must be made through your CAMS portal. The $10 reservation fee covers a 2-hour cabana reservation. Once your payment has been received, your reservation will be confirmed and added to the Planters Row calendar. After submitting your reservation request, you can expect to receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.

Please note that this form is for reserving pool cabanas only and does not include use of the clubhouse. Accessing the pool while not in good standing or allowing said residents to access the pool while attending a rental, may result in loss of privileges for the resident and the owner reserving the cabana.

Please estimate the total size of your party. For pool parties with a cabana reservation, the HOA allows a maximum of 15 guests at the pool. If your party exceeds the 15-guest limit, you will be assessed a $100 violation fee.
