Annual HOA Dues

Property owner membership fees are due in January of each year. A one percent (1%) interest charge, as well as a late fee, will be added for each month dues are late. HOA Annual Assessments of $440 are due by January 31st. Late fees begin to accrue on February 1st. You can avoid accumulating late fees by contacting the HOA and setting up a payment plan. Click the button below to visit the CMG website for instructions about your payment options, which include a one time online payment, mailing in a check or setting up a payment plan.

Why We Use a Management Company

While homeowners need to pay dues and follow specific rules, they are all worth it. After all, our HOA only imposes these to maintain order, boost curb appeal, and preserve property values. But, living in an HOA is one thing, and managing it is an entirely different ball game. Many HOA boards encounter difficulties running an entire community, especially one as large as Planter’s Row. HOA board members are usually just community homeowners volunteering their time and energy to improve the neighborhood and keep things running smoothly. Engaging an HOA management company can help.

Not only can an HOA management company, like CMG, help our HOA board stay on track to meet monthly responsibilities for common area utilities, landscaping contracts, amenity repairs and new additions, it also helps by maintaining stability when board members retire, resign or are replaced through HOA elections.
