Our HOA Board
All of our board members are volunteers, elected by Planter's Row homeowners at our annual meetings. Board members commit their time and energy to meet monthly with our management company to oversee HOA projects, organize events, balance the budget, and plan for our community's future.

We are so thankful to call Planter's Row our home. We love the sense of community that comes with living in this neighborhood. From relaxing & socializing in the pool, practicing pickleball at the tennis courts, and participating in a walking group around the neighborhood, there’s always a way to stay active and connect with friendly people. The social events put on by the board add an extra way to help make new friends. The annual dues are fair and the board members work hard to keep PR a great place to live.

When we moved here back in 2007, we were a young family eager to find a new home. We left a brand new subdivision in Greer that had no HOA, no community and no respect for property. People did whatever they wanted, even if it devalued their home, made too much noise or created a stressful neighborhood experience. You may not appreciate just how great an HOA community like Planter's Row has until you've lived somewhere without one.

Moving to the Planters Row has been a dream come true for my family after deciding we wanted to raise our son in a safe, quiet and loving community. The mature old trees, flowing hills and curves, and even our own stream running through the neighborhood was picturesque and exactly what we were looking for in a “mountain town”. Every neighbor we pass always waves and has something kind to say, and we feel so grateful to have found somewhere our son will be safe and happy growing up.
