The Center of a Vibrant Community

- An established community of more than 30 years
- Located outside the bustle of downtown Mauldin
- Popular amenties and regular community activities
Planter’s Row is a large community of 556 homes, split into 4 sections: Autumn Ridge, The Orchard, The Preserve and The Vineyard. The first homes were built in mid 90s, and the development was completed in 2013. Planter’s Row is a great community for starters, families and empty-nesters alike.
Located in Mauldin (voted the safest place to live in South Carolina and one of the top 10 cities in South Carolina to start a business), Planter’s Row is in close proximity to jobs (ICAR, GE, BMW, Donaldson, Hubbell Lighting) and shopping (Haywood Mall, Magnolia Park, Shops at Greenridge), and is only 10 miles from Downtown Greenville.
There are many local attractions such as Bon Secours Wellness Arena (“The Well”), Charter Amphitheater, Paris Mountain State Park, Conestee Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Reedy River, Falls Park and Discovery Island Water Park. Cultural gems such as the Children’s Museum, Bob Jones Art Museum, Shoeless Joe Museum, and Mice on Main are just a short distance away.
Greenville is also home to the minor league baseball team the Greenville Drive, the Greenville Swamp Rabbits hockey team, and the Greenville Triumph soccer team. Mauldin forms part of the Golden Strip along with Simpsonville and Fountain Inn. Mauldin also has some of the finest, award winning schools in South Carolina.
