By completing and submitting this form, you are promising to pay to Planter’s Row Homeowners Association, or their representative CAMS Management, the charge listed above. This amount is due within 30 days of the date marked above. If this amount is not paid within 30 days, interests and fees may be applied as per the current collection policy. If this note is in default and is placed in collections, the above named shall pay all reasonable costs for collection and attorneys’ fees.
