Amenities Card Information

Goldsmith Property Management at 297-4970.

For those of you new to Planters Row, we have a security system at the pool and tennis courts. You can only enter these areas by using an active access card. If you purchased an existing home, you should have received the cards from the previous owner at closing. Residents in a newly constructed home will receive access cards after contacting Cathy Mays at Goldsmith Property Management

How do I obtain an amenities card?

1) In order to have access to Planter's Row Community common areas your association dues must be current.

2) Contact Cathy Mays at Goldsmith Management Company (297-4970)

3) Your card will be delivered in approximately two weeks or you can make arrangements to pick the card up at their office.
